Jay Caloras
Managing Partner, Carroll Street

Jay has over 16 years experience in private equity and alternative investment management. He has led transactions in the media, consumer, industrial, telecom, and other sectors, led operational technology transformations, and served on several boards. Previously, he was a senior investment professional at MHR Fund Management, where he participated in numerous aspects of the firm, and prior to that he was at Bain Capital. He also spent time at the Boston Consulting Group and Orbimed Advisors. He has an AB in Economics, cum laude from Harvard College with honors in field, and has completed studies in machine learning through Deeplearning.AI / Stanford. He currently sits on the boards of CGS Health Group and Delta Bravo AI, and previously sat on the boards of Telesat (NASDAQ: TSAT), and Magnet Companies, among others.

Michael Pastor
CEO, CGS Health Group

Mike is the Co-Founder and CEO of CGS Health Group, a leading hybrid TPA & MGU in the self-insured employee sponsored healthcare benefits sector. Mike founded CGS in 2014 to drive towards better outcomes and superior service in the sector while employing best-in-class technology to deliver more accurate cost estimates, lower insurance costs, and analytical insights on claims cost containment. Previously, he was President of Net2Phone, a telecommunications company that was taken public with investment from Liberty Media and acquired by IDT.

Founder & CEO, First2Print

Neil facilitates deal sourcing and business development for Carroll Street. He  is the founder and CEO of First2Print, a digital design company that works with fortune 500 businesses to develop unique IP and digital printing for textiles. Previously, he co-founded Design Works, the premier design firm for physical footprint consumer locations serving fortune 500 businesses. He also co-founded CustomDesign Communications, which specialized in regulatory-compliant Wifi, VOIP and telephony for financial services businesses.

Lauralynn Drury

Lauralynn leads StayTuned operations, where she focuses on Shopify-centered digital businesses and tech-enabled growth. She helped lauch several brands on the Shopify platform, including Faherty and Blueland. Previously, she was on the technology team at Warby Parker, building proprietary systems to scale operations and building, testing, and launching new digital applications. Prior to that, she was an early member of the JP Morgan payments technology strategy team. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cutler Cook
Founder, Clay Point Investors

Cutler Cook is the founder of Clay Point Investors and a special advisor at Carroll Street. With most of his career spent at institutional allocators, Cutler has specialized in backing smaller, pre-institutional fund managers. He has invested in over 30 startups from the ground up, including two IPOs and several strategic exits. Cutler holds an A.B. from Harvard College, cum laude, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA, CAIA and CQF charterholder.

Dr. Jonathan Vigdorchik
Surgeon, HSS & Health Tech Entrepreneur

Dr. Vigdorchik is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He has presented his research at many prestigious conferences and published numerous articles. He has worked on three healthcare ventures, two of which successfully exited. Dr. Vigdorchik graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. He earned his M.D. with honors at the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the Detroit Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident.
